BS3 Sign Modules light up Outdoor Channel Letters
Description
Updating your existing channel letter lighting to LEDs may seam like a large task, but our wide angled BS3 White Modules make the task quite a bit simpler. If you can strip, twist and cap wires together then you can update your outdoor signage or channel letters. You may need an electrician to install the power converter such as our 240W 12V Mean Well Transformer to convert high voltage AC to low voltage 12 Volt DC. Other than the high voltage the task is simply a matter of stripping and joining 2 pairs of wires.

These channel letters, approximately 7ft tall, sit on 15th floor of this downtown Miami high rise. Using 300 of our BS3 White LED Modules with a 160° beam angle our customer lit the letters #LOVE to be displayed to downtown Miami. The customer was very happy with the modules and described them as super bright, smooth, and even lighting.
George Hauk's Automotive in Alexandria, LA called us inquiring about lighting costs to retrofit their existing outdoor channel letters. They told us that there local sign company was going to charge them $7,000 to change out the old lights and still would not be able to guarantee they would be brighter than the old lighting, they also mentioned they may have to switch out the acrylic faces of the signs for another $6,000. George then called our sales team and we quoted him the cost of our lighting products, and explained the process of installation and wiring. They used our ES4 Blue LED Modules and one 600W 12VDC Power Supply to complete the job, spending less than $1,500. Each letter contains roughly 100 4 chip blue modules. By doing the job themselves they saved over $11,000 from using the sign company and have a bright, vivid, eco friendly, low power, and long lasting channel letter lighting for years to come.
