Permanent Outdoor LED Strip Lights Under Eave Facia for Christmas and Holidays

For this residential outdoor LED strip lighting project our customer used 2700K Ribbon Star Waterproof Warm White 12VDC LED Strip Lights and 240W, 12VDC Waterproof Power Supplies to bring low energy, and long lasting illumination to the steps and eaves of this country cabin. The waterproof LED strips were installed behind the extruded eaves of the home and also used under the lips of each stair casing. With the strip lights and wiring concealed you can see the amazing accent lighting effect that this low level brightness strip light can bring to any space. The customer and all his peers have nothing but great things to say about the final result.

For this outdoor deck lighting project our customer used 50ft of our Ribbon Star Waterproof Warm White LED Strip Lights to wrap the outer edge of his backyard deck. With a customized approach he found a way to securely fasten the strips to his deck. At 1.46 watts per foot this deck lighting porject only consumes around 70 watts of power and is being driven by a single 100W 12VDC Waterproof Power Supply. Our Outdoor 2 Conductor Wire was used for connection from the beginning of the strip light runs to the power source. As you can see our Ribbon Star is brighter than most people think and an ideal and affordable strip light for many lighting applications.

Our customer used RGBW 4in1 Waterproof Strip Lights inside of our Siler Channel attached to the underside of his backyard eaves to create color changing eave lighting. The lights are being controlled using our wall mounted UX8 RGBW Controller. Power is being driven using a 24VDC Power Supply. The 4 in 1 RGBW strip light has the ability to create color changing effects with the addition of a pure white 5,700-6,500K output. That means that when you want a colored mood lighting you can choose a color and tone down the saturation with the addition of white. Or when you want a task lighting for grilling or yard clean up, you have the bright white light output to illuminate the patio. The project turned out amazing and the customer is more than happy with the results.

A long front porch overhang is illuminated using our Ribbon Star Ultra Waterproof Warm White Light Strips. Unlike traditional wall mounted fixtures the LED strip can run the entire length of the porch, evenly lighting the seating and ground below. The strip light power requires 24 Volt DC power. In order to power the strip a power supply is required to change the 120VAC wall power to 24VDC. This is being done by our Mean Well 24VDC Waterproof Power Supply. The 240W has plenty of power and enough to drive all the strip lights with enough capacity to add to the circuit in the future.
