Great product, and sales

I'm a commercial electrician, and ordering materials only getting tougher. Our regular accounts, what use to take a week, takes 2 or 3. Side note, if you're still milking Covid, it's time to get back to work, if it isn't for health reasons! Back to the product, it's quality made, and the customer service has been on point. They shipped it timely, , and the websites easy to navigate on my cellphone. In the field, I don't always have access to a laptop/desktop, so being able to order material on my phones a must. I'd definitely recommend this product, and ecolocityled.

I purchased a wall mounted lighting fixture 3 years ago. It has three lights and I can't figure out how to remove them. They go dim after several minutes. Could it be the LED driver/power supply? It has two inputs and two outputs and all three lights connect to the outputs.

Rob, we would need more information about the lighting fixture to determine what type of driver it would need. I would contact the manufacturer of the light or try to find a sticker or marking that tells you the voltage input and output ratings.
